Clay Johnson was a 1966 graduate of Penn State University and received his Masters in Taxation from New York University in 1972. Clay is a practicing Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania.
During his many years in practice, Clay has concentrated his attention on business and income tax planning, real estate transactions and exchanges. He is also an expert in retirement issues including stock options; IRA distributions and periodic payment calculations.
